Booking
We do not require a credit card to book appointments unless the client purchased a Groupon for a facial. Please give 24-hour notice if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled to avoid a $100 fee placed on your account. This fee would need to be paid before booking a future appointment.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens and from time to time you will need to cancel or change an appointment. Please kindly provide us with 24 hours notice and we will gladly accommodate you. If you require a cancellation or change within 24 hours there is a $100 fee placed on your account that must be paid before any future bookings.
